Go clay shooting in London – on a boat!
We specialise in running regular chartered cruises for clay shooting in London for our corporate and private clients who want to do some corporate or staff entertaining, or team building with a difference. It’s now something of a modern classic in London’s event scene but is mostly enjoyed by corporate groups as we don’t do ticketed scheduled events. But now you can…
Buy tickets for shooting from Thames Sailing Barge Will
One of our regular clients, Oliver Myles, a London-based boutique events agency who run some of the most stylish and sought after events money can buy are running a ticketed shooting cruise on our Sailing Barge Will on the 28th September 2018. You can purchase tickets for two or more people to join this wonderful day of clay shooting in London with a difference.
How to buy tickets for this special Thames charter
Visit Oliver Myles’ Eventbrite event page for the clay shooting cruise here to buy your tickets. Get them while you can, tickets are limited and the boat holds a maximum of 40 guests for this special event!
How much does it cost and what do I get?
Tickets for this event cost £359 inc VAT (£299 + VAT) pp. For this you will enjoy a day on historic Sailing Barge, ‘Will’, one of the biggest of these classic boats remaining in the world. Take a look at her Wikipedia page here and find out about her fascinating history. You will be fully fed and watered through the day starting with bacon sandwiches or pastries with tea and coffee when you board at 11.15am. A serene cruise to the shoot site let’s you settle into your floating home for the day. Your clay shoot experience, food and drink for the day, and of course boat transport is all included! Once on-board you don’t need to purchase anything. Also, at the end of the day as you glide back into central London a very special final experience waits you….
Tower Bridge opening up for you
OK, we won’t tease any longer. As a finale you will pass through Tower Bridge at 5pm having enjoyed the bar since the shooting finished and a delicious buffet lunch was served. But unlike the great majority of boats in London, you don’t go under Tower Bridge – you pass through it. SB Will’s masts are approaching 30 metres high, similar to her length, and this more than requires the historic bridge to stop the traffic, sound its sirens, and open up its world famous bascules to let her, and you, pass through to your final destination of Tower Millennium Pier outside the Tower of London, where you disembark.
