Is Menu 2 your overall favourite but you;d really like to substitute the Roasted Aubegine and Halloumi for the Ricotta and Slow Roast Tomato and basil tart from Menu 5?

Not a problem!

We are very happy to move things around and indeed create a new dish if you have any special requests. Of course there may be a slight adjustment in price needed but we can work that out and let you know.
