Cards, chips and Casino Style on the Thames
Our new Casino Night Cruise package on the illustrious Thames Sailing Barge ‘Will’ is for groups who want to try their luck with fully hosted Casino Tables the focus of a fun evening on board a very special boat.
A Casino ‘Royale’ on the river…
SB ‘Will’ is no normal Casino venue. She’s not the first floating Casino by any means but her natural charms do make her a very fitting venue for our Croupiers to host willing guests at their tables. Will’s main saloon has an exclusive feel to it: dark, polished oak panels frame a comfortable dining and mingling space, replete with a real log fire, brass fittings, a glass model show case of the boat, and a high central ceiling with skylights. The overall experience of being on board is of exclusivity and comfort – a secret escape aboard an historic trading ship.
Open Sesame! SB Will & Tower Bridge.
London’s iconic Tower bridge is so in awe of Will’s beauty and special character, that whenever she approaches, the bridge will sound her sirens, command passing traffic to stop and wait, and slowly and surely raise her huge bascules to open up the river to SB Will’s calm passage! Well more accurately, by a clause from the original design brief of Tower Bridge right back in the late 19th Century, she has to let such tall vessels pass.
You and your Casino Night Cruise guests benefit from this specific London by-law. You will all feel very special as you stand on deck watched by waiting cars, tourists and Londoners marvelling as you make your special passage.
The Casino set-up on your charter boat
On Will we can have a Blackjack and a Poker Table onboard, to a maximum of 2 tables at any time. If you want to go formal and have a seated dinner with your Casino evening cruise, then the maximum will be 20 guests. But why not go less formal with our Street Food or Finger Buffet catering and make the most of the boat’s full complement of 50 guests,
Theme up, dress up!
Be as casual or as formal as you like on your Casino Cruise! Go black tie and cocktail dresses, or perhaps a bit of a gangster theme? We can certainly provide a props package to get you in the swing, and how about a James Bond lookalike?
A big charter boat for big groups…
SB Will is no doubt special but she is limited to 50 guests. “How do I book a Casino Cruise for 200 guests?” we hear you say! Look no further, the impressive Dutch Master is one of the biggest London charter boats and she can cater for up to 375 guests over two floors and two wonderful roof garden decks. Just get in touch and we can set up a Casino Night on there for you.
